A woman in Antipolo, Rizal has called out the driver of a sport utility vehicle that ran over a stray dog on Sunday morning.
In a closed-circuit television footage, three dogs can be seen playing by the side of a street near a parked vehicle when a black Mitsubishi Montero passed through the left lane and ran over one of the dogs that was lying down on the pavement.
“Kung sino ka man driver nyang Black Montero… wala kang puso!” a netizen (who requested anonymity) said. “Ang linaw dito sa kuha ng cctv ang ginawa mo! tagalang ginulungan mo si puti! Ni hindi ka man lang huminto.”
According to the uploader, the pregnant dog immediately died after the incident.
“FYI po… [si] puti ay dating stray dog na inampon na po ng taga dito na may shop… hindi [naman] po pinabayaan yan… it’s just 6:39 in the morning naglalaro lang po sila… tska Sunday po yan, residential area… meron lang tennis court sa bandang dulo at dead end na po… kaya never expected naman po ng owner na merong bisitang papasok na manggagayan sa mga doggies (dyan),” she explained.
