Some Filipino ARMYs, aka BTS fans, have been calling to boycott the platform, encouraging fans to order from other apps instead.

“We hope that our consumers will not let the actions of a few select individuals affect the livelihoods of the many delivery partners who rely on Grab platform to support their families,” Grab said.

The statement did not specify how many delivery riders were involved and suspended from the incident.
