The all-new Honda BR-V is coming this November

After getting a lot of attention during the 2022 Philippine International Motor Show, Honda Cars Philippines (HCPI) has officially announced the arrival date of the all-new Honda BR-V. It will be launched next month, on November 21 to be exact, and reservation books are open as of today.

The all-new Honda BR-V was first launched last September in Indonesia. It featured a less sporty design compared to its predecessor and is loaded with more tech than before. Room was also improved for the occupants as well as their cargo.

For the local model, HCPI has only shared that it will still have a 1.5L engine paired to a CVT but it’s still unsure if it’s the same engine carried over or the new one implemented in the Indonesian model. Leather upholstery will also be available for the upper variants as well as 17-inch wheels. There’s no mention of the advanced safety features like Honda Sensing for the BR-V that were seen in the Indonesian model so that’s probably written off. HCPI makes it a point to include them during teasers like in the Civic and HR-V so not seeing them now means they won’t be available for this offering.

The all-new Honda BR-V will be available in four variants – S MT, S CVT, V CVT, and VX CVT. Lunar Silver Metallic and Meteoroid Gray Metallic are available for all trims, Taffeta White is exclusive for the S models, Crystal Black Pearl for S CVT and V CVT. Platinum White Pearl and Opal White Silver are also available for select variants for an additional P20,000.
