2 senior high students killed in Abra motorcycle mishap

Two Grade 11 students of the Divine World College of Bangued (DWCB) died after the motorcycle they were riding smashed into a dump truck Sunday afternoon in Dolores town, Abra.

Dolores town police station deputy chief Lt. Elizalde Kibayen said Janleane Kiefer Blanco and John Dreifuss Ursua Tumalip died immediately upon collision with the dump truck that was heading on the opposite direction along the Abra-Kalinga Road at Barangay Mudiit, Dolores town.

Kibayen claimed the duo were hastily heading towards Bangued town proper but went out of control because of the heavy downpour.
