Two people died while five others were hurt in a road mishap along Marcos Highway in Tuba, Benguet on Sunday.
According to the Tuba police, the accident occurred when the driver of a Tamaraw FX dozed off, lost control of the vehicle, and crashed against a closed van that was parked by the roadside in Brgy. Taloy Sur Proper.
The closed van was left on the road last year after a vehicular accident in the same area. 
Two of the victims who suffered multiple serious injuries died while being treated at a hospital.
