One person died while three others were injured in a road crash in Calamba City, Laguna early Monday, which the police attributed to poor visibility caused by the eruption of Taal Volcano.

Lt. Col. Chitadel Gaorian, Calabarzon police spokesperson, said the accident happened along the national highway in Barangay Paciano Rizal at around 1 a.m.

Initial investigation revealed that an Isuzu truck bound for Manila from Cabuyao City turned turtle after it rammed into a concrete post at curved portion of the highway.
