Several roads in Malate will be closed on Saturday to give way to Oktoberfest celebration in Manila.
According to Manila Police District public information chief Captain Ana Simbajon, the stretch of Nakpil street from Guerrero street to Adriatico street as well as Bocobo street from Remedios Circle to Nakpil street will be closed to motorists beginning 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Motorists traversing Nakpil streets coming from Taft Avenue bound for Roxas Boulevard are advised to turn right to San Andres Street. Meanwhile, vehicles plying Bocobo street from Remedios circle should take the nearest roundabout. The MPD said that motorists are advised to take alternate routes. – Marc Jayson Cayabyab/STAR
