A young boy was found unconscious following a hit-and-run incident along Roxas Boulevard in Manila on Monday morning.
In the video by STAR photographer Edd Gumban, the child appears to be unconscious on the road. An umbrella is seen propped up beside him and he appears to have been shielded with cardboard. An ambulance can be seen as well.
Authorities have yet to release a statement regarding the incident. 
UPDATE: The boy died a few moments later.
