Big fuel price rollback set this week

Prices of fuel products are set to significantly drop on Tuesday.

In an advisory, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. announced that gas products will decrease by P2.45 per liter, diesel by P2.70 per liter, and kerosene by P2.60 per liter on June 11 at 6 a.m.

Meanwhile, PTT Philippines, Total, and Unioil Petroleum Philippines are also set to implement their respective price adjustments on June 11 at 6:00 a.m.

Seaoil and Phoenix Petroleum implemented their pump price decrease on gas and diesel products over the weekend.

According to a report by The STAR, global oil prices dipped due to surging supply in the market and fears of slowing demand.
