A traffic aide caught extorting money from a motorist was arrested in Valenzuela on Monday.
According to a police report, the suspect, identified as Alejandro Sison Tolentino of Valenzuela City External Service Office, flagged a tricycle driver who was traveling along McArthur Highway in Barangay Malanday at 8:45 p.m.
Instead of issuing a ticket, Tolentino was caught red-handed by an undercover official receiving P800 from the driver.
