A clip of a man seen driving from the passenger seat through traffic has gone viral on social media.
The clip posted on the DOTr Facebook page has already garnered about 179, 000 views. In a statement, the DOTr said that the agency will penalize the erring driver. 
“‘Wag natin i-mock ang kakayanan ng gobyerno (Let’s not mock the government) by clearly disobeying traffic rules. Nakaligtas ka man noong oras na ginawa mo yan (You may have gotten away with it at the time), but we will make sure you will get penalized,” the agency said in the post.
