MMDA to implement zipper lane on White Planes Ave. for EDSA’s 35th anniversary

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced that a zipper lane will be opened along the eastbound lane of White Plains Avenue in Quezon City in order to accommodate vehicles going to EDSA during the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution.

The MMDA said that the zipper lane or counterflow scheme will be opened in front of Camp Aguinaldo Gate 5. Plastic barriers and traffic cones will be installed along White Plains as well as on the sidewalk in front of the People Power Monument.
