Toll hike eyed at Harbor Link’s C3-R10 section

The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) said that NLEX Corporation filed a petition to implement a toll increase for the C3-R10 Section of the North Luzon Expressway’s Harbor Link Segment 10.

According to a notice that was published in a broadsheet on Monday, the TRB said that NLEX Corporation filed an “Amended Petition for implementation of Adjustment to Authorized Toll Rates and Corresponding Toll with Application for Provisional Relief for the C3-R10 Section of Segment 10 of the Manila North Express Project.”

Under the proposed adjustments, motorists traversing the C3-R10 section will pay an additional P2 for class 1 vehicles. Meanwhile, motorists with class 2 vehicles traversing the section will pay an additional P5 while class 3 vehicles will pay an additional P6.

It extends the existing 5.65-kilometer NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 that passes through Karuhatan, Valenzuela City, Governor Pascual Avenue in Malabon City, and 5th Avenue/C3 Road, Caloocan City bypassing EDSA and Balintawak Toll Plaza.

The C3-R10 section of the NLEX Harbor Link also includes three exit off-ramps: Segment 10-C3 Ramp to Caloocan City, Dagat-Dagatan Ramp to Malabon City, and C3-R10 Ramp to Navotas City.
